The following operations at subsidiaries in each country (Cambodia, India, Myanmar) based on strategic decisions of the head office

Requirements:

  • Medium- and long-term, annual strategy formulation and measure implementation support
  • Operation visualization, improvement and support
  • Planning and implementation of reinforcement measures for marketing
  • Information sharing across all divisions and finding problems and suggestions for improvement
  • Planning and implementation support for strengthening HR system development
  • Problem-solving as needed other than the above and periodic report and proposal of necessary information to the head office

TRAINING MANAGER

Purpose of Role

Training managers work across many departments to get employees up to speed in both their specific vertical, and the overall needs of the Agribuddy vision.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
  • Manage training budget
  • Provide opportunities for ongoing development
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a training manager
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals Good computer and database skills
  • BS degree in education, human resources or relevant field

MARKETING MANAGER

General Purpose

To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet AGRIBUDDY objectives. Effective management of Marketing Evaluation, Product Development, Branding, and Product Rollout and Monitoring.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all marketing activities.
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
  • Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
  • Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes
  • Expand and develop marketing platforms including social media platforms
  • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
  • Determine and manage the marketing budget
  • Report on return on investment and key performance metrics
  • Working cross-function with relevant stakeholders
  • monitor industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge in Banking industry, especially on Lending business
  • Strong knowledge in Agriculture sector in Cambodia
  • Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
  • Proven experience in customer and market research
  • Experience with relevant software applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Formal presentation, organization, planning, strategic thinking, problem analysis and problem-solving skills
