After Japan, he moved to Cambodia in 2009 to make a further impact on economic circumstances and quality of life of people in rural areas with financial and IT solution. He discovered a feasible solution to ameliorate rural economy while he was operating 1,000 ha of cassava farm. To implement the solution, he established and started “AGRIBUDDY” in 2015 which has been a shining star since then and now also has won him the best “founder” rice bowl award across Asia.

Since 2006, she has been the Founder and CEO of Infobridge Holdings Group Ltd., a Hong Kong based company that has set up several companies in India in order to bring about closer cooperation and relationships between Indian and Japanese companies, as well as expand markets for Japanese companies in India. Ms. Shigeta has also worked in China on setting up operations that grew an IT-based market research company from 3 to 400 employees over a six-year period. A graduate of Tokyo University she specializes in managing multi-cultural teams, and is happiest while setting up commercial relationships between companies from different countries.
